    I was arrested for a 1st vop when I tested positive for alcohol
    I was arrested originally Aug. 16, 09 for Reckless Driving. Oct. 4, 2010 I was arrested for a 1st VOP. I tested positive 1 time for alcohol in a UA while in a treatment prog. I have completed all classes, driving safety courses, community service hours and got my license reinstated. With the counselor of the treatment program we agreed that I would do 8 more weekly classes, of which I have 3 more to do. I have my arraignment tomorrow. Will I lose my license again? Am I going to jail?

    Probably not. If your PO wanted you in jail, you'd be there WAITING for your hearing...

    Really depends on the court, but probably not. Can you post the results if you have had your court date?
