I was arrested originally Aug. 16, 09 for Reckless Driving. Oct. 4, 2010 I was arrested for a 1st VOP. I tested positive 1 time for alcohol in a UA while in a treatment prog. I have completed all classes, driving safety courses, community service hours and got my license reinstated. With the counselor of the treatment program we agreed that I would do 8 more weekly classes, of which I have 3 more to do. I have my arraignment tomorrow. Will I lose my license again? Am I going to jail?

Probably not. If your PO wanted you in jail, you'd be there WAITING for your hearing...
