    Branston hicks
    I'm nearly 38 weeks pregnant and still have not experinced branston hicks is this normal?

    Yes, many will make it to labor with out feeling any Braxton Hicks contractions.

    It is a term for those who do experience contractions before labor begins.

    It is BRAXTON HICKS. Is this your first pregnancy? They are felt less often in first pregnancies.

    I sort of like the Branston Hicks idea though, a little country music (Branson, MO) as background accompaniment to twinges.
