You have frozen cold water pipe to water heater underneath trailer. No cold water coming in means no hot water coming out.
When you open cold water and the hot water of the faucet in the bathroom, the cold water comes out. It also goes into the hot water pipe of the bath faucet and comes out the kitchen hot water faucet.
Need to provide some heat under trailer and hope that pipe haven't busted.

Sounds like you have a freeze problem. They make heat (see image) to prevent pipes from freezing. Google heat wraps for a selection. I would go into the sub floor and wrap your water pipes. Good luck, Tom
PS. It's in the 80s. Here in Sarasota. Son tan and beach weather. You have the lobsters and we have the sun. Good luck and stay warm, Tom
