    A lot of things... some dangerous.others minor.

    Suggest you see your doctor to find out which.

    I agree with Smoothy, it could be anything from hemorrhoids, to rectal cancer, and tons of stuff in between. We can't diagnose you online, you'll need to see a doctor.

    It can be minor issue, or a life threatening illness.

    It means time to see the doctor, I would do it quickly
