We are trying to replace a Braeburn non-programmable thermostat with a Honeywell programmable thermostat. We have not been able to get the furnace to turn on. What could be the problem?
The air is not coming on and the thermostat reads -AC?
When I turn the thermostat to heat, at first it would come on for a few seconds and quickly shut off but no it doesn't come on at all. When I put it on cool, it works fine. Please help me with this issue.
