Six months clean is a very short period... you would have to go to court and convince them which is going to be an uphill battle.

Yeah I believe your right smooth that sounds like the same thing the judge was trying to say its hard because I know I was never a bad mother I am doing all I can I am on the verge of completing 2 drug programs,a family enrichment program and I go to counceling once a month one thing that's holding me back as well is a hair follicle test it came back positive in spite of over 40 urine tests coming back negative I don't know how anything is still able to show up I am paying a lawyer $200hr but until the hair test comes up clean I guess I will not need him any more your right it will be a long journey but I hope I will be able to get the joint custody where she resides with me in the long run

Just stay clean... stick with it... and in time, you might succeed... in any case, remaining clean is a triumph in itself.
