    Can I regain custody if permanent custody has been given to a relative
    My daughter's grandmother has permanent custody of my daughter who is 15 years old. Is there any way to regain custody

    It would appear not.

    What State and why was the Grandmother given custody?

    Some of this will depend on how the Court Order is written.
