    Keep rite furnace hi eff
T-stat calls for heat, no inducer until I remove a wire off any limit. Than inducer turns on, but no hot surface. Checked continuity on all limits there all good I am stumped. Replaced mother board because of a ground short. I'm confused, any suggestions

To me it sounds like your thermostat is wired wrong or is bad. You can wire R to W at the thermostat and see if the heat will work. If it works it's a bad thermostat or set up wrong. If it doesn't work you can use a wire and jumper R to W at the control board of the furnace if that works your thermostat wire is bad.
