I am in the last month of my probation and I tested positive for weed
My probation officer sent my drug test to the lab four days ago, and I have paid all my fees. What should I expect?

To have probation revoked, be held to a hearing, and have a hearing before a judge as to if you should have to serve any jail time or be put back on probation.

My guess is violation of probation is a way to reininstate your sentence that was suspended

First most PO hate everyone that is on probation and many look for ways to violate you. To prove they are working.

Not all of course, so I doubt that race has as much to do with it, as they don't believe you are changing or don't believe you will not get into more trouble.

The PO will follow the rules in place, since you did not deny this being dirty as any chance of a false reading, we will assume it is a valid dirty reading and that you used the drugs.

But as noted you go to jail, wait for the hearing, then judge will decide.

Please don't guess when you are posting on the "technical" boards - both legal and medical. We take great pride in our answers.

What is your research in support of this "guess"?

OP can be violated and sentenced to the original time in jail if he/she had not received probation OR given a warning OR given additional time.

I very much doubt the PO is a racist. If he/she is OP should PROVE that (unfair treatment of a class of people) and complain.

You will be violated and then picked up to spend time in jail waiting for your VOP hearing. The judge may revoke your probation and send you to jail/prison for the original time that your probation covered.

You need to take out and reread your original sentencing paperwork and read what the judge had in mind the day he sentenced you. i.e. four years in jail but 10 years on probation, etc. This will give you a very good idea what to expect at your VOP hearing. We can only guess what the judge will do. But not knowing what your original sentencing paperwork stated we are really at a loss to tell you what will happen.
