Draft inducer kicks on when on cool
    Goodman GMP075-3
My thermosat is on cool. My fan is "on". My A/C is working. Strange thing is happening -- my draft inducer is kicking on periodically. RUns for about 10-15 seconds. Any ideas why this would be happening? Checked connections on wires -- everything seems to be plugged in snug. The light on the circuit board is solid red -- not blinking any error codes.

    Your help/input is appreciated!

Did your board get wet, or draw moisture? May need dryed out or a new control board.

No. We did have some water (less than 1/2 inch) in our basement about 3-4 years ago, but nothing recently. But you are the 2nd person who said it is probably the control board. Thanks for your help.
