Dog unusual restlesness and scratching at windows
My 7 year old shephard lab mix just started acting restless and anxious like she is trying to tell us something. She climbs on us and goes to the front window and starts scratching, she has never done this before and we can't figure it out.

She's trying to tell you there is something outside that she does not like. Have you gone outside to investigate taking her with you to do this?

Dogs can sense when things are wrong long before humans can detect... does she go anywhere in particular when you let her outside? If yes there could be something wrong with some pipes. I know it sounds crazy... but I have heard of dogs digging caverns where septic tanks are and finding something really wrong with it... or.. I hate to scare you but maybe there is something wrong with your dog... dogs will leave the pack if they're sick and you will see a lot of restlessness... another question... is she fixed? Hormones can change a lot and sometimes they can do strange things right before a heat cycle. And sometimes the dog can do something that its never done before.
