    My toilet is always running
After flushing the toilet the water continues to run and run until you jiggle the flapper. I have tried adjusting the length of the chain in the tank but that does not seems to eleviate the problem. What is the solution to my problem?

    Hey Mary Lou,

Several things could cause this. Oil the flush handle where it comes into the tank. It may be sticking. Be sure it's free. Make sure you have cut off the rubber ring before you connect the flapper to the hooks on the overflow tube.
Check to make sure the flapper seats square on the flush valve. If you still have a problem then cllick on back. Good luck, Tom
