    Full custody
My child's father left us to be with his ex. Before he left he came around about once a month, sometimes once evry two months. He smokes all day long, even rolled a blunt in her face.he drinks all day long and left a bottle of liquor in my couch. He even drunk all my mothers alcohol why he was here visiting us. Once he left us he told me she is safer with me then with him and I still have that email. Now his mother is a messy ignorant female. I still kept in contact with her but the last time I seen her she cursed me out because I wudnt put my daughter down. She cursed me out in front of my child, while I was walking to my car and while I was driving away. I don't need my child around that. Now she is trying to make him get custody of our child so that she can have her way. Mind you he has not even tried to contact me to see her and didn't even call or come see her on her 1st birthday. Do you think he will get custody if I take him to court. Im so confused and don't know what to do. Idont won't to raise my child around that negative environment where if she goes over there all she sees is drugs, alcohol, her uncles and auntie cursing out their parents , etc.

First, has ANYTHING been done through the courts to establish paternity, child support, visitation etc.

If not, why haven't you at least filed for child support.

Second, if you have a journal of these incidents its unlikely he will get custody.

I have filed for child support, and when he received the papers, he sent me an instant message calling me a Bit**. I have all the proof and documents. I saved everything.
We have not went to court yet, when she was born he signed the declaration of paternity.

Good for you for saving everything. The only caution I would give you, is that if they have a lawyer you should get one also. If you go into court unrepresented against an attorney, it may go harder on you.
