    Ceiling fan speed
    My outdoor Harbor Breeze fans do not operate at high speed. They are in slow motion and I can't locate any pull devices to change the speed. Any suggestions?

    Yes they are remote controlled fans that are 1 year old.

    They move somewhat faster... medium looks to be faster than high!!

    Sounds like the capacitors in the receivers went bad.. . Replace the receivers.
