    Ceiling Fan Speed
    My ceiling fan does not seem to be moving at its highest speed. It seems to have sufficient power. There is no grinding or dragging sound. What could stop a three speed fan from engaging its high speed setting?

    You'll need to give us a bit more info. Does it have pull chains and have you tried them lately? Does it have a remote or a dimmer switch?
