    Recoup college tuition from child's father as in divorce agreement
    How do I go about recouping college tuition from ex spouse as stated in divorce agreement. Ex sposue agreed to 50/50. I have sent acertified letter , made calls left messages for the past month.
    Can I file a contempt of court myself without a lawyer. Ex spouse lives in another state.

    Welcome to AMHD. The contempt procedure should work, but you may not want to undertake that project on your own. You may find a domestic relations firm that will take your case on a contingency basis (no recovery, no fee, except for court costs).
