    Givng condo back to the bank insead of floeclosure
    What will happen to my credit if I sned the keys and deed etc back to back rather than going through the foreclosure pross. Will I still be oblicted to pay anything.

    You can not just send the keys and deed back to the bank, that does not do anything,

    You can contact the bank loss prevention dept and see if they will allow or accept the deed back instead of foreclosure, they may, or they may not, if they do, then all that is on your credit report is your late payments up to this point.

    But they don't have to, and many willl not accept the deed back, they want payments not deeds.
