    Reduce my tummy without eating any tablets
    Hi,

    My height is 6 feet and I am 90 kgs weight.

    I need to reduce my weight and look slim.

    I am saying this bcoz when I go with my father, Other people are asking that Am I brother to my father? I am really worried about that? And I am just 26 years old, but all of them asking that am I 32 year old and also a father to a child?

    Can any one help me to reduce weight? I won't eat too much food also.

    You need to excerise and go on a diet. That's the only way.

    Diet in the sense - Can you explain. I am avoiding all the oily items as much as I can...
