    I want to reduce my tummy and weight
    Hi Iam Nimmagadda,

    After My Marriage I Gained My Weghit A Lot, Now I Want To Reduce My Weghit More Than 10 Kgs , And At The Same Time I Want To Reduce My Belly Size Too , Because I Am Little Bit Shot . With These My Belly Looks ,Always Like Pergnant Woman, Please Suggest Me To Reduce My Weight In Month Time ,

    You have to change your diet and exercise now! Choose, whole grain breads, pasta, and rice products, east fish, poultry, turkey breast, loin type meats, baked or broiled. Drink lots of water instead of presweetened drinks, Cut out chips, sweets like cakes, candy cookies--- Eat, low fat milk, skim cheeses, and yogurt every day. And you need to exercise 4-5 times a week, jog, walk, bike, aerobics, weight/resistance training

    Lots exercise
    Lots citrus
    Go for fibre food , less fatty and carby
    Protein is good
    Exrcise and dancing is the key to good figure
    Some of contraceptive pills do make you fat ,use some alternative contraceptive.condoms may be,so you don't have eat pills.
