Kenmore washer only works in heavy duty and delicate
Kenmore clothes washer 110.92596100 only works correctly when the Wash Action Control switch is in the Heavy Duty position. When switched to any other Wash Action position, the washer works in the delicate mode only, so right now I only have 2 modes.
Any help in diagnosing so I can get the right part is greatly appreciated!

p.s. The Electrical Control Box that the knob controls is part number 3407125, but I hate to buy it if that's not the issue.

    Thanks!
