Are you taking any medications?
I would suggest a quantitative blood test.

Okay. That won't cause this.
A chemical pregnancy can. This is a pregnancy that occurs but an embryo or fetus does not form.
You need to go to your doctor and request a quantitative blood test. This will measure the amount of pregnancy hormone in your blood and is a more reliable test than a urine test.

It's when a girl gets pregnant but the embryo doesn't form into a fetus. Reasons for this are usually unknown.

So pregnancy wouldn't be successful because there isn't a fetus?

Correct, however there is still the pregnancy hormone in your body. This would be why there is no period and positive urine tests.

And is that why there wasn't anything on my ultrasound because no fetus? And how long will this last?

It could be why there was nothing on the ultrasound depending on whether it was an abdominal or transvaginal ultrasound.
I don't know how long this will last because I don't know if this is what is causing your problems. It could be a number of other health issues that may or may not be related to your kidneys. I only gave you a possible cause, not a definitive diagnosis. You NEED to see a doctor to find out if this is the issue for you.

They did vaginal ultrasound and yeah I'm going to see my family doctor to get my blood drawn because my OBGYN doesn't know why I'm experiencing these symptoms because every night I feel movement for a long time I even have videos of my stomach jumping

If they did not find a fetus on a transvaginal ultrasound looking specifically for a fetus, you aren't pregnant. A chemical pregnancy wouldn't cause abdominal movements.

It is is now more imperative you see your doctor. Kidney problems coupled with high blood pressure is a recipe for disaster. Headaches are a symptom that some this is wrong.
If you have HBP, why aren't you on medication to control it? It's time to stop having unprotected sex. If you aren't pregnant, pregnancy could be very dangerous to your health right now.

Unless you measure it several times a day at home... you can't possibly know that to be a fact. HBP is known as the silent killer because it has no clear symptoms unless you are looking for it specifically. If its high enough to cause headaches... its dangerously high.
And you can get it at any age... I know people that were diagnosed with dangerously high pressure when in their teens... and they weren't sloppy fat... one was slim, VERY fit, and even had six pack abs. Its not just old and overweight people that have it. And if your doctor decids you do have it and need to treat it... don't take it lightly.
