    As you know, I am sure, that a tubal ligation is considered permanent steralization. However, a reversal can be done, but it is never a guarantee that conception will happen.

    After a tubal reversal there is also a much higher risk of tubal pregnancy due to the scar tissue in the fallopian tube.
