    How to cope?
So me and my boyfriend broke up after a year of basically living together. Im 18 and he was 21. I really don't know how to cope, I keep breaking down and I feel so low. Any tips on how to lift myself up and get back on my feet again?

Get out and start jogging! Get some great books to read. Don't listen to sad music. Spend time with your family and friends.

Go back to school and take some college courses. Concentrate on the future, not the past. Count every day as a new beginning and live it to the fullest.

Don't jump into a rebound relationship, they rarely work. Don't go drinking or clubbing it will only make it worse.

Go to Church and get involved.

If I was a girl, I would do all the things Kit said, but I would also really work on feeling good about myself and how I look. I would get in the best shape of my life, maybe change my hair style or color, maybe just get a complete makover, new clothes, etc. some makeup, and start getting the attitude that this guy wasn't good enough for me, and from now on, I'm not ever settling again.
