Sharp cramping like running cramps on right side
I'm 37 and 4 days pregnant and woke up with sharp cramping on my right side under ribs. I can't bend down, need help getting up, almost happens every minute. It only helps when I breath in and out slow, and curl in a ball. Uterus feels tight . What could this be?

We can only guess. You could be in labor, you could have pulled something, we can't tell you. Wish we could, but it's impossible to diagnose on the internet.

If you're concerned then call your doctor.

    Good call.

I read it as 37 weeks and 4 days.

But you're right, it does read as the OP being 37 year old, and 4 days pregnant.

    Big difference between the two.

That's how I read it. If the OP is 37 weeks and 4 days, she should seek medical attention to rule out premature labor.

Silly question, and don't smack me.

At almost 38 weeks wouldn't she be considered full term?

Pretty much so, but at 37 weeks we would still try to stop the labor if that is possible.
