    Yeah... usually when borrowing money when it occurs external to a bank... a loan shark is usually involved. Legitimate banks loans happen internal to the building.

    Think of it this way: Is going to bank to get a loan an external event for your company or an internal event. Does your event involve somebody outside of your company or not? Can a loan be handled just with people inside of your company or do you have to see someone outside of your company?
