    Money borrowing
My friend lent me money so that we can enjoy a good night out, because her credit card is foreign she got charged bank charges, so when she approached me to discuss when I can pay her back she told me that we shall share the bank charges...
    Is that fair or not?

I think it is fair - you understood it was a loan so you could go out and enjoy yourselves. You had fun, now pay your fair share.

We agreed to share the expenses of the bank charges.
Now I still owe her some money, and she has gone back to her country and asked to direct transfer the money in her bank account. Now again there are bank fees, and she said that I should pay them!!
Is that fair? Or should we share them?

If those expenses are generated from your portion to pay back to her, yes, pay the bank fees. It is all part of the loan and agreement that you pay your part. Sorry that it has gotten more expensive but that does happen at times.
