On a 400 amp service for a commercial building. I'm trying to figure out the conductor size using parallel runs. I think 3/0 is sufficient but not sure. 3/0 is good for 225amps under the 90 degree column. Do you then multiply by 2 for 450 amps?

I am currently installing a Single Phase 240 volt 200 amp 3wire service on a residential Home. The breaker box will be located approximately 100' from the utility meter. The copper wire will be ran underground 2'. What size wire will I need to run without having more than a 3% Voltage Drop?
