    MTD tractor belt
    What kind of replacement belt does a MTD 18 hp. Model 144P849H205 use or do you recommend? Does the same belt work for the snowblower? The manual states V-belt front #754-0358 and V-belt rear #754-0362?? :confused:

    The first three numbers (754) has probably been changed to 954, so the belt numbers would now be, 954-0358, and 954-0362. If this is the numbers called for , the 754 numbers, I would suggest to only use the oem belts for best results.
