    Pilates Workout Information
    Hi! I was just looking for some feedback, suggestions etc about pilates... any information and help will be much appreciated.

    Check out a fitness center or YMCA in your area that holds classes. Make sure they have qualified instructors, so you'll be supervised and won't injure yourself. In the beginning you need someone really qualified to teach you breathing and body movement techniques correctly. You can eventually do it on your own once you get the proper instruction. Always consult a physican or health care person before performing any new exercise, exercise technique or beginning any new diet.
