    Need encouragement
    Need some encouragement, I guess. I have prob smoke mj a couple times in my life. One being 65 days before I was tested. I only had like 4 hits, didn't do nothing for me and I walked away. I know it was stupid, but never could I have imagined it would show up in my system. I seen my chart online, but I don't go back to the pain dr until May. The results said 2.65/20. Cud this be from 2nd hand smoke? From what I was reading, I figured it would have been long gone, how stupid of me not to check myself. Any insght would be helpful.

    Start to do yoga, or any physical activity you like. Try to look around and see what your hobbies are , follow your favourite activities. Get along with good friends and good luck.
