    Can u be violated?
If you are on community control and have to go to the hospital for yourself in an emergency basis, can you be violated if your p.o. doesn't answer the phone during your emergency?

Your PO doesn't have an answering machine or service?

I would keep calling and notify the PO as soon as possible and also obtain written confirmation of the medical emergency.

Be sure to have it in writing and proof from the hospital that it was an emergancy and you were seen.

Make sure they put the times down also, to prove you were there.

I would call PO, and then also PO office and leave message, ( somewhere there is a voice mail)

But then keep calling PO and let them know as soon as possible.
