    Hello c:

Your PO probably doesn't run a check each time you visit, but she will one of these times and it'll show up.. You have to tell her. In fact, you should have informed her as soon as you could. I'm sure that you're required to report ALL police contact. That's a pretty standard condition..

Yes, the more serious violation would be you not informing the PO about the arrest. Since they will find out. Not before this visit most likely but will. So you will have to answer for not only the arrest, but not informing the PO.

So your best course of action would be to call and report it before you show up. But for sure at the meeting.

First no, in almost all cases they will run a criminal history before probation is over, next once the police officer put the cuffs on you, it started being in the national data base, showing the arrest.

And God help you if they find out without you telling them, that is the worst violation of all, the other arrest MAY violate you, but may only put you back on probation, not reporting will amost always put you in jail for a while.

So no it is not possible ( in almost all cases) to get off without them knowing,

And it is very possible that if they find out even after the 29th, since you violated it, and hide the arrest, they would attempt to just go back and violate you. Or use that as a reason to request the other county to go for a harder jail time, remember when you go to that court for sentence, they will get a report from YOUR PO and the other court, as to pre sentence report, so guess what, WHAT DO YOU THINK this second judge will do when they find out you lied and hide something on probation, think he is going to give you probation or jail time?
