    We are at a stand still now because we have no more resources to fight. Therapist and mom are well aware of this and think they can get away with what they are doing...

    This makes me sad. A friend of mine is getting divorced, her husband quit his job the same day he was served with the papers. The Court has ordered her (and this is beyond belief) to pay HIS legal fees - because he's unemployed. She is paying her Attorney $250/hour and his Attorney $250/hour or a total of $500/hour when they talk to each other.

    You certaintly aren't dumb - not from what you posted here - have you thought about representing yourself?

    I'm not blowing smoke. If you read my other posts you'll see that I tell it the way I see it. I think you're capable of representing yourself. It would take research, of course, and preparation - but you've got this whole "crew" behind you.
