What should I do if he wants more, but I don't?
I have a friend who I met online and we enjoy fishing together (I値l call him mike), that is how we met, it was a on a fishing site. I told him I just wanted to be friends and nothing more, plus he is married but separated. We have fished together many times since last year. I told him I have a hunting friend who I've slept with (I値l call him Dan), and I even gave him his name. Mike is a very peevish guy and always directs sexual comments to me while we are fishing.
One day we both got drunk and ended up having sex, it started to become a regular thing when fishing. I haven't seen Dan since December last year since he has been busy, and our thing is hunting. Dan has a girlfriend. Dan called me the other day and wanted to go hunting and camping. He has taken me on many fun hunting trips and is a very nice guy. They both are very nice guys, but all I want is just to be friends and enjoy the hobbies I love. I have spent almost every weekend with Mike and he has developed deep feelings for me, even starting to call me hun and saying he loves me. I have told him many times not to feel that way towards me and have even ended our friendship. He says I led him on by having sex with him, also he always tried to hold my hand and he says I hold his hand (which is a lie) .He said he would try not to have feelings for me but has failed and showing, he obviously wants me, and I am sad because he is a good friend and I am not ready for a relationship. Dan and I have decided to go camping and hunting in 2 weeks, I just don't know if I should tell Mike about this or lie to him and say I知 going with a girlfriend. I am not Mike's Girlfriend and I shouldn't have to lie and it worries me because I don稚 want to lose a friend but I feel he is doing this to himself, when I clearly told him what I wanted. I need advice. Thanks. |

Stop having casual sex with fishing and hunting buddies, and adding confusion to your hobbies that you love. Obviously one guy can't handle the FRIENDS WITH BENEFITS deal, and the other can, because actually he is cheating, OR has an open relationship with another female.
At least be merciful and let the one who can't go. He won't stop trying until you do. I don't think either guy is a very good example of a healthy relationship though. It may be fun, but confusing and complicated it seems. |
