Braxton Hicks or starting of labor?

I am 37 weeks pregnant and my stomach hardens with intense pressure in my pelvis.. it's happened for the past 2 or 3 hours. Just wondering if it's Braxton Hicks or the start of labor.

Hi I woke up this morning turnrd over and stretched, when I relaxed I noticed ia feelling in my tummy, I looked down and I saw a perfect outline of my uterus. It reached just under my belly button. It didn't hurt at all. Is this normal ? Thanks:)
