    Possible Infection
I had a miscarriage about 10 weeks ago. I had just gotten on depo provera even. The pregnany test came back negative so they gave me the shot. About 4 weeks later I miscarried. I never went to the doctor for it. No insurance.
Slowly since then I have been developed pelvic pain and sometimes such severe cramps, I am doubled over in pain. I am also getting extreme back pain. Within the last 2 weeks I have developed a foul vaginal odor. I have been associated it with the heavy bleeding. For the last 3 days I have also developed lung congestion and pain. No mucus yet. Just today I have begun to have extremely painful joint pain in all joints. And I am now experiencing intermittent heart palpitations.
My questions are: Are these symptoms of a progressing uterine infection from the miscarriage or would that have developed sooner since it was 10 weeks ago. Or with the lung pain and congestion, could pnemonia caused these symptoms. Why are my joints so achy I can barely function. And the heart palpitations? I have no insurance and would be put on a waiting list to be seen at a free clinic. But my symptons are so painful now, Im wondering if this is serious enough to go to the ER? And are the pelvic symptoms related to the depo provera?
    Any immediate advice is appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Sarah

Sarah, get yourself to an ER immediately. You may not have had any money for a doctor at the time, now you are suffering and in danger because of it. I don't know how you could have possibly held on so long in so much pain and not gone to an ER without asking if you should.
