Have you had your sleep checked or other medical issues checked to see if there was a problem

You may go to bed early and get up at the right time, but are you sleeping soundly when you do sleep? Do you wake up fairly often during the night, does your sleep get interrupted?
Do you find yourself still tired when you first get up? Do you fall asleep unusually at other times or just in class?
Are you interested in your classes or do you find them boring and difficult to pay attention to?

Fr_chuck... yeah I have but they said nothing's wrong. Avqz, I tried doing that but never worked. And doulaC I do sleep early but sometimes I wake up a lot and about finding it too difficult to pay attention I find it easy to pay attention but sometime I fall asleep when I'm not intrested or find the lesson too easy..
I tried all sorts of way to keep myself awake including pinching myself or getting my friend to kick my chair if I'm falling asleep.

Are you taking care of yourself in other ways? Eating well, getting some regular exercise? Are you going to bed when you are tired or trying to make yourself go early thinking it will help you catch up on your sleep? Do you sleep with the TV on?
Sometimes getting some regular exercise, but not too soon before you go to bed, can be helpful. Setting up a routine for yourself may help. Turn the TV off, have the room quite dark, with a comfortable temperature. Try and determine why you wake often, as this will disrupt your sleep and cause it not to be restful even though you may feel like you are getting enough hour wise.
Are your classes ones where you can interact a bit more often in by asking or answering questions? Taking notes may be another way to keep you focused and more alert.
Do you fall asleep at other times that are not convenient... at work for example? Are you frequently tired throughout the day? Any unusual stress going on? Has the sleep concerns been recent or an ongoing problem?

Are you only falling asleep in class but not when you are doing other things during the day? Maybe you are just bored in your class.
Since it is a concern, might be a good idea to see your doctor about it.

Well I do fall asleep when I'm really bored... like if I sit down and I'm bored it's more likely that you see me asleep 10 munites later. It's not just me, my mum says I take it from my dad but my ones worst than my dads

I really don't know what's wrong. I go to bed around 10:00 and don't fall asleep until 12:00 or later. I will lay in bed for hours just closing my eyes and waiting to fall asleep, though some nights it won't take as long. I don't keep any lights or music on and I don't do anything crazy before bed....
