Bryant Furnace Will Not Turn On
Bryant 310JAV - no blinking [LED]
    Fan works
    New filters
    Exhaust clear
    All registers clear

Is there a reset switch located on the circuit board or elsewhere in the system. I have turned off the unit for 3 hours [unplugged].

    Thanks.

If you have no blinking lights at the furnace with no heat(Do you have any lights on?). It tells me the problem is with the thermostat or thermostat wire. If you can remove the thermostat cover and jump from R to W will it work? If not take the bottom door of the furnace off and tape the door switch closed. Jumper from R to W on the control board, It should work, if not you should have a light blinking. If know lights are on you have a power problem 115 volts.
