    I've also been interested in this, but as of now I don't think that there is. I know that there are skin lightening injections that give results more rapidly than topical products; however, I haven't heard of surgical procedures that give permanently lightened skin.

    Not sure where you're located but look into local spas. Some may offer whitening treatments.

    Well celebrities in India and Portugal actually get pure Vitamin A shots into their bloodstreams.

    This causes radiant glowing skin and beautiful hair...

    I also have heard of saudi arabic men going to a doctor in london and getting skin laser treatment radically lightening their complexions..

    That's my two bits on the question
