    Continuous braxton hicks contractions
I am 18 1/2 weeks pregnant. Last night I started with a pain in my left side. As the night went on, it began to radiate to my uterus on the left and then eventually across the bottom of my entire uterus. By this morning, it has now radiated up both sides. My uterus is continouly hardened as if I'm having a continual contraction.

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions? I started drinking water as soon as I woke up to see if that would help. One glass down, and no help so far.

Is this something I should call the dr. about this morning or should I wait a couple of hours to see if it subsides.

    Thank you so much!

Go to the hospital/doctor so you can find out what is really going on.
