Is it dangerous to take expired vitamins?
Hello, I have many different vitamins which are expired. Some have been expired since 2004 or 2005. Can I still take these even though they aren't as potent, or is it best to throw them away? Thank you very much.

Since they are several years old, it would be best to throw them away and purchase new ones to get the benefit out of them that they are intended for.

I would advise you to throw them away. And buy new one but before that consult your physician. Because he knows best about your latest body needs. Our body needs change from time to time and sometimes we need more nutrients than other time.
