Full custody
How can I achieve full custody of my daughter? My daughter has always lived with me and my parents who supports us finiacially. I have a restraining order against my child's father. He was given visitations every other weekend, he has violated his restraining order a couple of times. Since march of 2008 he has not called or seen our daughter now he is taking me back to court for visitations. My parents are moving to Florida and I wanted to move with my daughter to Florida to better our lives and go back to school, and because, of my child father the judge denied my request now I am not allowed to take my daughter out of state. My parents are selling their house in New Jersey once it is sold we will not have a place to live. I am not working I'm receiving unemployment with one child on the way. Please I need help I need to achieve full custody of my child and I need to move. If I'm not able to achieve it can my parents file for full custody of my daughter or can I sign over my rights to my mom? Please let me know I'm willing to do anything to better my child's life and get this no good person out of my life.

The father has his rights, and the court has ruled on it. You will have to go back to court and try and get the courts permission to move.
Is the father paying his child support,

Yes he is only because they garnish his unemployment checks.. fathers like him shouldn't have any rights or even be called fathers. The court system is corrupt n full of they let these no good dead beats get away with murder. And frankly I don't need the child support that money can't even buy her an outfit

No, child support is a obligation, child visits and having a say about the child is a right for the non custodial parent.
If he is not visiting and never sees the child, that is the evidence you use to fight his refusal to allow you to move.
Both parents have equal rights to a child, and it is when the parents will not work together or one will not do his or her duties that problems happen.
And of course from a fathers side, I often see fathers being discriminated against time after time.
