    Backed up sink
How do I stop my kitchen sink from overflowing? It seems to be backed up. As much as I keep taking out water it keeps coming up.

Your sink is backing up on it's own without running water into it? I think the best advice for you would be to contact a plumber before this creates BIG problems!

You have offered zip for information so I'll have to start guessing. My guess is that you have a condo with another unit over you. How'm I doing so far??
If that's so there's a blockage in the drain line that you and the unit over you share and everything they drain from their sink comes back up in yours. Call up there and tell them to stop using their sink until you contact a plumber or a maintenance man. Good luck, Tom

Backed up shower [ 1 Answers ]
