Clothes are still extremely wet after the spin cycle and also when running the rinse/spin cycle. Also when running the rinse/spin cycle, upon completion the spin light stays on and the cycle complete and lid locked light are off. Yet clothes are wet. Also with the lid open and only the spin light on , minutes later the machine began to cycle...

Older washer stopped filling with water or doing anything other than agigating? Any suggestions. Load initially filled and washed then drained but would not rinse did spin at that point but now does not only agigates.

I have an ~1996 Kenmore washing machine. The motor coupling needs to be replaced, but prior to replacing it I noticed that the bottom agitator will not move in either direction. What do I need to do to trouble shoot this problem? Thanks for your help!
