    Replace kitchen spout
Hello all. I have a kitchen faucet (single handle) that has the numbers 413763 located at the back of the spout assembly. I would like to change just the spout assembly but do not know the manufacturer. I tried searching online but can not find it. Can someone provide some help?

    Hello Steven,

It looks like an old Moen faucet, to remove the spout you need to remove the small plastic plug you will see a set screw inside remove the set screw remove the handle and the parts under the handle now you will be able to remove the spout, make sure you close the angle valves under the sink, also I will suggest to call Moen at 800-289-6636, explain your problem also tell them that you are the original owner, thy will send you a new spout if they have it, if they don't have or it doesn't exist any more send you a new faucet assembly with instructions for free, Moen parts have life time warranty, Good luck.

    Hello Steven,

FYI I called Moen and they asked me to send the picture I did when I was on the phone they told me it is not Moen product it may be either Delta or Peerless please call them, Delta at 1-800-345-3358 and Peerless at 1-800-438-6673, Good luck.

A complete new one might not cost more or much more... and that base if not replaced might begin corroding before the rest is worn out.

I agree with Afaroo: Yes, there is a chance Moen will send out a brand new replacement faucet. Yes, try to call Moen first.

Hi John,Thank you so much for your comments and even taking the time to contact Moen. You are such a nice person. I really appreciate it. I was a little busy lately but am currently communicating with Peerless/Delta (I think they combined companies or something) to resolve this issue. Take care,Steven
