    Call a repair person in Buffalo. Until they go out and see what the problem is its impossible to guess what it would cost. This is an international site.....few people here woudl even know what the average going rate is for a dispatch to your house to diagnose the system. Many places will credit that or a portion of it if you actually decide to have them fix it after they find the problem and write you up a quote.

    $100-125 for inspection plus parts and labor. Could be an inexpensive capacitor , an expensive motor or control board.
