    Hi Perna...

    I'm afraid we can't help you with that as we don't have anyone on the page from the New York area...

    I recommend that you call your local plumbing inspector or even call over to your local plumbing supply store and ask one of the counter guys if he can recommend anyone. These people should be able to help!
