When can you sell heir property
Mom and Dad died . There are 8 siblings. Before mom died her half of the property was put in one of the siblings name. That left only the dad's half to be divided 8 ways. Two of the sibling died. Their portion of the dad's half was also put in the siblings name who has the Mom's portion. Now everybody wants to sell the property except one sibling who has one portion of the dad's half. What is the Law?

All owners need to agree to sell. But you can sue the recalcitrant sibling to force a sale
