    My toilet doesn't fill with water.
    Our toilet tank doesn't fill with water. I poured water into the bowl and then it flushed.

    Either you have a frozen pipe, or the fill valve mechanism to the toilet is blocked up and needs to be cleared of sediment/debris. Has the weather been super cold there??

After I flush the toilet the water continues to flow into the toilet and it won't stop. After I jiggle the handle a couple of times it finally will stop. What do I need to do inside the tank to fix this? Thank you, Pat B.
